Ali MacGraw

Ali MacGraw (Elizabeth Alice MacGraw) is a American animal rights activist, author as well as a model and actress. Ali MacGraw is known for her roles in films like Love Story, Goodbye Columbus and The Getaway. Born and raised in an artistic family located in New York she wished to work in the field of art. When she was a photographer's assistant, she turned her attention towards modeling and acting. Her first two movies were noticed, and she was awarded the Golden Globe Award of Most Newcomer of the Year. MacGraw became a household name in the year 1970 following her hit movie Love Story. Other credits include The Getaway Convoy Players, television miniseries The Winds of War and other. Moving Pictures is her autobiography released in 1991. MacGraw was married three times.
