Ky-Mani
Ky-Mani has been an extremely popular Reggae Singer for many years. Born in Falmouth Jamaica, he was one of the most wealthy and most successful. In the classic cult movie Shottas in which he was a co-star with Wyclef. Ky-Mani got signed to Shang Records in 1996 where he released his first album Like Father Like Son. He recorded a variety of singles like Judge Not with Patra as well as Dear Dad (which reached the top of the British Reggae Charts) as well as Who The Cap Fit Remix and Sensimelia. All of them contributed to the rising popularity of Ky among the young generation of reggae musicians. In 1997 Ky-Mani joined forces with Praswell (Fugees) on Avenue an acclaimed cover that was a cover of the song by Eddy Grant Electric Avenue. Marley was first seen in Miami at Midem.
