Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen is an American model, actress and singer from St. Louis Missouri. Most well-known is her part in the CW television show Gossip Girl as Jenny Humphrey and also as the lead singer in The Pretty Reckless. The song of Momsen has been featured on television and film shows that include How to Be a Single and the show Going the Mile. Taylor Momsen, born in July 1993, is the daughter of an elder sister Sloane Momsen. She studied dance at St. Louis' Center of Creative Arts. When she was just 3 years old she acted professionally in the Shake 'n Bake 1997 national television commercial. Momsen's acting career slowed to an abrupt halt in the span of three years. Then she was offered the role as the main role in Misconceptions which airs on WB. Momsen was also in Saving Shiloh which was a film from 2006. She also auditioned for the lead role in Hannah Montana and was in the top three. However, the role was instead awarded instead to Miley Cyrus.
