Sharp learned to play the clarinet, piano as well as cello at the Hochstein School of Music in Rochester. She received a full tuition grant to The Boston Conservatory for her love of school theatre. The Cum Laude's B.F.A. was awarded to Sharp upon her graduation. Sharp's initial focus was on the stage. Sharp was a part of the Broadway National Tour of Carousel and debuted off-Broadway as Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind and performed in eight roles in the hilarious comedy Eat the Runt. Sharp played Abyssinia as well as Aida in theatre, in addition. Sharp, who has worked on both the screen and the stage, is currently working on a number of original projects. She sings as often as she can, and she has an album of her own in production. When she's not working front of or behind the camera or recording in the studio songs, Sharp has a love for fitness and stays in fitness classes and learning Krav Maga.. She is also a piano player, hiking and long roadstrips. Sharp resides within Los Angeles with family.
